Anna’s passion for food and cooking has been her devotion for a number of years. Working with only the freshest and most authentic ingredients gives everything shes makes or bakes a delightful originality to it as well as a superior flavor! She lived in London and managed several restaurants in Conversano (Puglia)
Its in her kitchen she’ll be teaching you the lessons she has learnt from her love of the culinary arts and if you’re lucky, even some of the secrets the famous Italian cuisine has revealed!

Carola deals with the management and organization of courses and projects of Vedaguru in India, Greece and Italy. It was after a trip to India in 2008, initially attracted by the Ayurvedic medicine and the power of nature and her passion for anthropology. She then worked for years in Greece, discovering the culture and the mysteries of the Cyclades.
She was brought up in the Italian Alps where she rediscovered the ancient traditions of the country. In India, she studied Ayurveda, Pranic healing, yoga and meditation, and started teaching treatment and healing sessions in centers over there. She graduated in Italy as a Yoga teacher 500 hours recognized by Yoga Alliance Italia/Australia.
Carola has traveled to many parts of the world always seeking the essence of herself, nature and local traditions, and is looking forward to sharing what she’s learnt on her travels with her guests in Apulia.

Born in Conversano (Apulia), Mariangela has worked as a masseuse and therapist since 2000. Open and always looking for an improvement in her studies, Mariangela uses multiple techniques in her work. She studied in Italy and in India and gained a lot of attention from people due to her research. She has a passion for travel and photography, and can’t wait to show you the beauty of her home town, Apulia. She studied with Ayurvedic doctor Fabio Basalisco and she graduated in Italy as a Ayurvedic therapist recognized by Csen Italia.
