Itinerary

For your cooking holiday in Puglia we have chosen dishes that can easily be made at home, using ingredients that you can find in the market wherever you live. 

Day 1  

Arrival day

Day 2

Parmigiana
Apulian salty biscuits (Taralli)
Afternoon  visit the historical centre of Conversano

Day 3

Morning: Starters, Fresh Pasta like Orecchiette and Cavatelli
Focaccia Barese and Salad
Afternoon: visit the historical centre of Polignano

Day 4

Tiella Barese ( rice, potatoes and mussels)
Baked mussels, Mackerel in mediterranean style ( with olives, capers and tomatoes)
Afternoon: visit Alberobello

Day 5

Homamade liquors (Preparation of Limoncello),
Fava Beans cream and wild chicory, apulian sweet (Intorchiate)

Afternoon: Extra, Visit Castellana Caves or Winery

Day 6

Free day to relax or extra tour

Day 7 

Breakfast and departure

Program is flexible according with group, dates and weather

Timetable

Hatha Yoga Optional 7.45 am

Breakfast 9to10 am

Cooking class: 10am

Lunch 1pm

Afternoon tour (starting about 3 pm)

Dinner 7.30 pm
