Afternoon: visit the historical centre of Polignano

Tiella Barese ( rice, potatoes and mussels)
Baked mussels, Mackerel in mediterranean style ( with olives, capers and tomatoes)
Afternoon: visit Alberobello
Day 5
Homamade liquors (Preparation of Limoncello),
Fava Beans cream and wild chicory, apulian sweet (Intorchiate)
Afternoon: Extra, Visit Castellana Caves or Winery
Day 6
Free day to relax or extra tour
Day 7
Breakfast and departure
